Extra-Curricular Clubs
We are delighted to offer a wide range of extra-curricular clubs, providing opportunities for pupils to explore new interests, develop their skills, and take part in exciting activities beyond the classroom.
Our clubs are run by experienced specialists:
- Music clubs are led by Mr Hudson from 'RockIt!', who have been working in partnership with Manor Primary School for 2 years
- Sports clubs are led by our PE specialist, Mrs Gomery-Corbett
We strive to offer a variety of clubs each term to ensure all pupils can find activities that interest them. Throughout the year, we may also provide additional clubs, particularly those related to our school sports teams and their upcoming sporting competitions.
Autumn Term 2026
Clubs will run from 7th September to 11th December. Please note there are no clubs in the last week of term (14th-18th December).

Booking and Payment
How to book:
Parents and carers can easily book clubs through the Arbor app or Arbor's Parent Portal. Please note that you can only apply for clubs designated for your child's year group. If there are spaces available, pupils can join a club mid-term, and charges will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining sessions.
Cost:
All clubs cost £3 per session and are bookable for a term at a time.
Why we charge:
From September 2026, we have introduced a small charge to help cover the costs of specialist staff and equipment for our clubs. This ensures we can continue to offer high-quality provision with expert coaches and teachers. The £3 per session charge covers:
- Specialist coaching and instruction
- Equipment and resources
- Insurance and administration costs
The charge per pupil does not exceed the actual cost of running each club.
Cancellation policy:
- Charges will still apply if your child does not attend a booked session.
- If we need to cancel a session due to staff illness, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a refund for that session.
- You can cancel your child's place with 4 weeks' notice (in line with our SCAMPS policy). Cancellations must be made by contacting the school office.
- However, if your child has an extended illness, please contact the school office to discuss your individual circumstances.
Pupil Premium support:
We are committed to ensuring all pupils can access our extra-curricular opportunities. Pupils eligible for Pupil Premium can attend one club per term at no charge. This will be applied automatically when you book through Arbor. If you have any questions about this, please contact the school office in confidence.
